Hoodie planned on finding more Light Mages like himself to reunite them, and defeat Dark Mages. ![]() Their library and tools were buried under dirt and stone to prevent the Dark Mages from finding them. Henry Punchwood later revealed that the mage tower belonged to Hoodie's parents during the Mage Wars for a little time, and that there was hidden treasure in the tower's basement. He decided to take residence in the tower, and later mistook a dungeon for a Light Mage hideout. Many years passed, and remnants of the Mage Wars remained, including old mage towers and hideouts built following the war One of the mage towers was near Pine Grove Valley, which Hoodie explored. Notably, Hoodie and his mother Erika found refuge underground, but when the Dark Mages found them, Erika teleported her son to safety in Pine Grove Valley. The Dark Mages won the conflict, forcing the surviving Light Mages into hiding as their enemies hunted them down. Both sides suffered losses, including the Archmage and Hoodie's father.
